Veg Marseille soap - antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, acne, hand wash

Real Marseille soap, produced with only olive oil as sanctioned by the Sun King (Louis XIV) in 1688:

“It cannot be used in the manufacture of soap, together with barrilla (Soda from Spain), soda or ash, any fat, butter or other substances; but only pure olive oil, and without any admixture of fat, on pain of confiscation of the goods".

Marseille soap has unsuspected antibacterial and anti-inflammatory activities, one more reason to use it not only for skin care, but also for house cleaning and laundry.

Therefore also useful for oily or acne-prone skin, it has soothing properties and helps to rebalance the skin's pH, also preventing irritation and allergies.

The delicate lavender fragrance recalls Provençal scents.

The absence of beeswax makes it an ideal soap for vegans.
